Changes approved 21-Oct-26

All three are now in 02 - Deliverables/2026.10.21 - ClearCompare - 04 Dashboard.html.

ChangeRe-check after the changeResult
1. Headline and tiles on the first screenTiles end at 799px on a 1280 × 800 screen (was 930px). Phone: tiles start at 517px, rings card below themPasses on desktop. On a phone the first tile shows; the second needs one scroll
2. Chart data points easy to tap0 controls under 44px on a touch phone (was 18)Passes
3. Energy's colour the same on every chartEnergy bar is orange (#db684c) in both chartsPasses

1. Fit the headline and tiles on the first screen

First screen
BeforeRings card 527px tall, with a long subtitle and the internal caption "Experimental: radial bars. Bends the rule on honest length…". Tiles end at 930px on a 1280 × 800 screen. On a phone, the rings card sits above the tiles; the first tile starts at 1,062px
AfterRings card 397px tall: rings drawn smaller, subtitle "How far each KPI is towards its target, capped at 100%.", internal caption removed (the stakeholder doesn't need it). Tiles end at 799px. On a phone, the tiles come straight after the headline and the rings card moves below them; the first tile starts at 517px
Still shortOn a phone, the second tile starts just below the first screen because the header takes about 230px. A shorter phone header would fix it: next round, if you want it

2. Make the chart data points easy to tap

Bars and conversion rows on touch screens
Before18 tappable data points under 44px: bar rows 14px tall, conversion rows 26px
AfterEach row is 44px tall on touch screens, with the bar drawn in the middle. Mouse screens are unchanged. 0 under 44px

3. Keep energy's colour the same on every chart

Net revenue per lead by product area
BeforeThe energy bar is highlighted in blue; in the lead-mix chart, energy is orange
AfterThe energy bar is orange in both charts, as the caption "Colours follow the product area" promises

Your decision

Clawback rate status: stays "On track" (decided 21-Oct-26)

90-day clawback rate tile
Now7.86% against a 7.84% target, shown as "✓ On track" (as in the KPI Calculation Pack)
OptionShow "! Behind": strictly, it's 0.02 points over target. This changes a KPI status, so it goes back to Kewpie and the Calculation Pack rather than being changed here
