The story (four beats)

  1. Headline: Net revenue per lead fell 8.7% to $52.42 (provisional), and most of the fall is lead mix, not sales.
  2. What changed: lead mix cost $29.7k and conversion cost $12.2k; more leads won back $12.2k.
  3. Why: energy rose from 27.0% to 39.5% of leads (43% in September) and earns $22 per lead against $142 for home loans; health conversion fell from 11.0% to 9.5%.
  4. What to do: Head of Marketing (energy back to 30% by 31-Mar-27), Head of Health (11% conversion by 30-Jun-27), Head of Sales Operations (10-minute wait by 31-Mar-27).
