Stage 1 Review: what changed

These are the 7 changes you asked for, shown as Before and After. Use the tabs at the top to see each updated document in full.
Change 1: The open question now asks about target timing
Where: Business Requirements, open questions list (last row)

Change 2: Timing options added to the net revenue per lead target

How the dates are worked out: months are counted from 1-Nov-26. Quarters are full calendar quarters after the current one (October to December 2026). The current proposal, 30-Jun-27, is the same as the 2-quarter option.
Also fixed: Business Requirements with Data Mapping still said "Back to the Q4 FY26 level". It now says "April to June 2026", the same as the Business Requirements.
Question: the other four Top 5 KPIs also use 30-Jun-27. Should they get the same timing options?

Change 3: "KPI Requirements Table" is now "Business Requirements with Data Mapping"

Grammar was adjusted where needed, for example "The Business Requirements are the checklist".
Note: the two documents now have similar names, "Business Requirements" and "Business Requirements with Data Mapping". The first is the full requirements; the second is the KPI table with how each KPI is measured.
